Terms of Use

These Terms are entered into between you and Gambletron LLC, operator of Gambletron. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.

You may only use the Service if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to view sports betting information in your state, province, or country of residence and any location from which you access the Service.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by a gaming regulator, sportsbook, or similar authority.
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service by us.

By using the Service, you represent that each of the statements above is true. We may terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe any of them to be false.

Gambletron is an informational analytics platform. We provide odds comparisons, statistical models, betting-related content, and tools that help you analyze sports betting markets.

Gambletron is not a sportsbook, gaming operator, broker, or financial adviser. We do not:

• Accept, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind.
• Hold, transmit, or process funds on your behalf.
• Provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or gambling advice.
• Guarantee any outcome, return, or accuracy of information.

Any decision to place a wager is made by you, with a licensed sportsbook or other third party, and is entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you, including those governing gambling and online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• Any bets, wagers, or financial decisions you make on any other platform based on information from the Service.
• Understanding that sports betting involves risk of financial loss, and that no information on Gambletron guarantees a winning outcome.
• Gambling responsibly and within your means.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@gambletron.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Each account is for a single person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or allow others to use it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means, other than with our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data, tools, or content from the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to overload the Service or any connected systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purpose.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

The Service displays odds, statistics, projections, and other information sourced from third parties (including sportsbooks and data providers). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any content, and content may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may impose limits on certain features, restrict access to parts of the Service, or throttle usage, without liability to you.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any refund policies applicable to a paid plan will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on the schedule disclosed at purchase until you cancel.

Gambletron, including its software, design, models, tools, logos, and content, is owned by Gambletron LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of any content or data you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your submitted content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or gambling advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any decision that could have legal or financial consequences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Gambletron LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or gambling losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gambletron LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (d) any wager, bet, or financial decision you make in reliance on information from the Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue. You and Gambletron each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
