Gambletron LLC (“Gambletron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Gambletron website, application, and any related services (the “Service”).

The short version: We collect the minimum we need to run the Service, we don’t sell your personal information, and we use reputable third parties (like Supabase and Vercel) to store and serve it. You can access, correct, or delete your account and data at any time by emailing contact@gambletron.ai.

1.Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We also record your acknowledgment of our Terms of Use (the timestamp and version).

Usage information. When you use the Service, we and our infrastructure providers automatically collect information about your device and activity, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you view, the actions you take, and the time you spent on them. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Content you submit. If you log bets, save notes, add favorites, or otherwise submit content to the Service, we store that content so we can display it back to you and provide the associated features.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies and similar storage mechanisms that are essential for authentication and session management, and for basic analytics that help us understand how the Service is used.

Third-party sports data. The odds, projections, and statistics shown on the Service are supplied by third-party providers and are not personal information about you.

5.Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 6.Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls.
